Can't move arch models to match structural

We're doing BIM coordination and received 2 architectural models and 1 structural model that have different origin points, which is usually no problem.  We've committed to using structural's 0,0 point, but no matter how I try to move the arch models they keep coming in at the same (wrong) point.  I've tried moving the base point, the survey point, with and without the paperclip checked, and I've tried relocating project.

What's kind of worked is moving (well, copying, since it won't let me move) the entire building, but I lose a bunch of annotation and get lots of errors and warnings, so I'd prefer to not do it that way.

Any ideas on why this isn't working?

Have you set up Shared Coordinates for all Linked Projects?

...sounds like you want to Acquire Coordinates from the Structural Link and Publish Coordinates of the Architectural Links - once they are positioned correctly relative to the Structural Model.

You can't un-pin the arch link and move it into the correct position?  I would follow the advice from @barthbradley and try again?

Thanks for your suggestion.  The structural model is an IFC, so I brought that into a new Revit model and acquired coordinates from that, but they're still not aligning.  It's the weirdest thing, I've had to do this plenty of times before and always got things aligned, there's just something about this particular project that I can't figure out.

Sorry, I didn't explain it very well in my post.  We're exporting NWCs to use in Navis for coordination, and when we export from each model they're coming in in different places.  I know we can transform in Navis, but ideally each export would have the same base point.

I do like your idea though, and now am thinking that we could set up one master Revit model just for exports, link everything into that, and then move the links around so that everything is aligned.  Thanks!
