View Range option locked in

My bottom option on the view range menu is "linked" to the cut plane option, so its value just copies it, and I am unable to change it. Any way I can solve that?

This is because it is a Reflected Ceiling Plan so works differently to a Floor Plan View Range

Hi,

This is how structural floor plans and reflected ceiling plans work. 
The bottom is shared with the cut plane. view-range-revit/ 

However, you can modify the View Direction to Down for structural floor plans making it possible to change the bottom plane again.

From the Values in the image i would have suggested it was a ceiling plan?  Glad its sorted!
