View Range mystery

I'm drawing this very small ADU as part of a project and, after adding a straight gable roof in the roof plan view, the roof suddenly displays in the floor plan. I changed the cut plane in view range to 2' and it disappeared, (so did all of my windows). I then changed the cut plane back to 4' and it was still not showing. After about 45 seconds it reappeared.

Why is this roof showing in my floor plan?

Thank You

Maybe the Underlay property of the view is set to look up from the current level. Find that property and set it to None.

If that was the case, I don't think it would only happen in one window.

Looks like those are two different window families, right? Something must be wrong with the one not cutting the wall.

Post that wall with those two windows.

@vanderloo5

Please provide section views, and a screen capture of the plan view's properties. Difficult to guess what it might be causing this with just a floor plan.
