VG FILTERS OVERRIDE PHASING FILTERS

Good day.

Our office has a template where all the different stages of a project (inception - construction) display different graphics. These have been set up with filters which link to materials and the view stage.

An issue we uncovered is that when a project needs to be phased (existing, new, future) , the phasing filters do not override the VG filters.

Does anyone know of a way to have phasing filters be recognised as the primary override? At the moment VG filters are the dominant override in views. Any insight would be appreciated.

i like this one...., but same result, the Phase filter is pretty low on the list, a lot of things override a Phase graphics overrides.
