Variable slab thickness

The easiest way is to model in place sweep or blend.
another easy way is to make ordinary slab then use edit shape tool to raise it at one edge.(before you do that you mast make sure that the layer of the material is variable)

One more thing! How can I hide diagonal lines created after editing slab thickness!? I'm only supposed to make rebar drawings so fabrics annotations won't be clear!

Visibility grapgics overrides>> click the + beside floor >> uncheck interior lines.
