Unrecoverable Error - only when opening one particular Sheet.

Hello Revit gurus!

We're getting this error for:

• two/three users on a workshared file.
• Some users it does not affect
• Revit 2016 - Build: 16.0.490.0  20150714_1515(x64) (way out of date!)
• I've reset the user - (using point 1 only from this - https://www.cadlinecommunity.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/207488489-Revit-2016-Reset-Revit)
• I've not reset the registry - as per the link above. 
• I've attempted a few other logical things to try and isolate the problem but I'm drawing a blank ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I believe It may have something to do with an MEP Linked file? 

I'm unsure what to do for this one - would appreciate some help 🙂

confirm the build number is up to date with all users.

have all users exit Revit  during this process if possible.

have all users delete all local files and support folders for them

run your Revit updates

open the central file to create a new local file
