Units in revit

hi dear users 

i  want to just Metric templates have in my revit how i can disable  imperial unit templates ?

Templates are stored here:

ProgramData/Autodesk/RVT 2016 (...or 2017, 2018....) /Templates

When you re creating a new project, click on the button "browse" and navigate to DefaultMetric Template.

Are you talking about completely removing the Imperial Templates, or editing the Project Templates list?

For removing the templates completely, you can go to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018\Templates, select the US Imperial Folder and delete. There might be an easier way but that will work

Here's how to add the Metric Templates to the List. All you need to do is select the US Imperial templates you wish to remove and click the "-" button

1. Create the project templates that you want to include in the list.
2. Click Options.
3. Click the File Locations tab.
4. Add one or more templates to the Project template files list, as follows:
   1. Click  (Add Value).
   2. Under Name, replace the default template name with a meaningful name.
   3. Click in the Path column, and click .
   4. Navigate to the project template file, select it, and click Open.

      The template is added to the list.

The template drives anything that is "default". Start new project using metric template and then use "un" shortcut. You will see that units are metric.
