Unchecking room bounding

This is a problem in Revit 2022, despite unchecking the room bounding wall, Revit still considers the wall shows the area accordingly. when the room bounding box is unchecked, it shows correctly on the same day, but when i open the file the next day, the area goes back to considering the wall, despite the uncheck of wall room bounding.

how to solve this issue?

Unfortunately not, however i can send you screenshots of the problem.

You could see in the above screen shot that the room bounding box for the wall is unchecked, however the area tag considers the wall and has reduced the area. so when i check the box again and uncheck it, it works.. by considering the wall not room bounding. But when I close the model and reopen, it goes back to considering it a room bounding wall...
