I am not sure you will be able to round up/down the 2nd or 3rd decimals...If the GFA must be that precise, give one of an area a nudge up to get the +0.001 needed otherwise, it will round up/down based on the value of the last decimal digit

  • rounds down: if digit <= to 5
  • rounds up: if digit is >5

Rounding whole value to omit the decimals (ie: down to 17856.00  or up to 17857.00) would be possible using a calculated value

Nudge an area boundary to increase one area by 0.001m2 and bring the decimal to .5251

Can you show the Area with 4 or more decimals (.0001)?  I think it is less than .525 that is why is round down to.52.

Yep .5249 will be round down to .52, which is correct. If you want to fake it, you need to make it at least .5250 in order to round up to .53

Nothing is impossible if you have the will... pick any random area and increase it slightly...just enough to make up for the 0.001m2
