Unable to dimension - constraints not satisfied

Good Morning Guys i need a little help i created a sheet in revit 2018 ...It's a Generic face based family file, i want to give a dimension between the face base ref line and my drawing, but it keeps telling me that i cant any assistance please ASAP

Don't dimension to elements but to reference planes. You can attach geometry to reference planes.
