Unable to add custom scale

Ok, has the procedure for adding custom scales changed in Revit2020? I don't get the dialog box when I select custom. Nothing happens at all.

Maybe it's off screen. How many monitors do you have?

Nothing's changed.  I doesn't always pop up in the same spot though.  That's a little irritating sometimes.

That is what I am looking for. It was not showing up at all. I wasn't even seeing the scale list when I was in the view so there was no way to call that dialog. This was on another computer, When I was able to get to it on my computer it was working fine. Not sure what the problem was.

Can you post a screenshot of your screen with the view you are not seeing the scale list?

It was just a graphics glitch. We have been having a lot of computer issues lately and are replacing them all.  Haven't had the issue since.

I'm bumping this thread because I'm having the same issue. No dialog box comes up, and as soon as I mouse away from the Properties window, the scale reverts. I installed the latest display driver, no change. If the OP sees this, what kind of "graphics glitch" was responsible? Anyone have ideas on how to solve this?

I get the same thing when I try it from the properties pallet. Use the scale setter in the view controls, bottom left of view.

This was the fix for me too almost 2 years later. Properties palette drop down just reverts back to the original scale with no popup, using the scale selection at the bottom left worked as intended. Thank you!
