Titleblock Parameters dependant on Sheet Parameters

Hi all,

I have recently inherited a file that used checkboxes in the titleblock family to display the status (first image), but also relys on that same status code to be input into the Sheet parameters (shared parameter) for the automated file naming process (second image). Is there a way I can get the Titleblock family checkboxes to update according to the sheet status, or vice versa. I don't mind complex if/and formula, but I just can't seem to get the Titleblock family to acknowledge the sheet information

Example: when the Sheet Status sheet parameter says D2, I want the corresponding Titleblock checkbox to be selected.

You can create the Y/N shared parameters for sheets instead of titleblock.

Will this not still require 2 manual inputs; the checkbox and the status value?

I'm trying to streamline so that only 1 input is required

Actually you don't need 2.  You can use the y/n to drive the same formula that I use for titleblock label for a calculated parameter in a schedule.
