Title block y/n

Guys, mssatb (I m sure someone asked this before), I have a bold border line (wide line) set as instant y/n in the titleblock, somehow it won't work. Yes, we have other y/n stuff in the title block that are working just fine. Is there something I should aware of ?

Is the linework on a Subcategory that is turned off presently?

Yes, I saw this same question once before...turned out that the guy did created the Insta Y/N parameter but forgot to associate the visibility of the line to it.

That's a nice way to put it. Anecdotally. I didn't want to go there because I thought it would come across as talking down. 

Kind of reminds me of the guy who was having display issues.  Turns out he didn't have the monitor turned on.  Serious.

Its a relative matter...How one digests what other say has to do with one's self esteem I guess. Besides that, forgetting to tick a box is a pretty much a normal and common thing even among experts and even those elite ones.
