Tile view won't show content

Hello there. It's my first time to post in this Forum. 

I have just installed Revit 2019. when i tile view on any project I can't see the content inside. everything just disappears as shown in the screenshots. However, Tab viewing is working fine. I don't what specifically is the problem. I changed the resolution of the screen but didn't work. I also want to note I am working on a single screen.

and the views are zoomed to fit? 

Go to you View Tab=>Windows and toggle between Tab and Tile Views. Anything happening?

Yes, I tried zooming to fit. Also if you notice the navigation bar is disappeared when tiled viewing.

Navigation Bar Visibility is controlled under User Interface. Are you saying it gets "unchecked" when you tile?

yes it is checked plus i tried to reveal the hidden elements

Are you working with 2 monitors? Extended Display?

No, only single.

I will just continue using 2018 version until there is update or sth . thank you

So it shows the information when in tabbed view....but not in Tile View?  Sounds like a video card issue to me.  What happens if you drag the window to another screen?

For now the easy solution is....don't use Tile View.
