Tile bigger than 1ftx1ft

How can I make simple tile pattern of 18"x36" (without using jpeg image) ? Whatever I did Rv will return a 12x12 pattern, attached photos.

Why you don't use curtain wall as tile material with solid material to create it with any dim you wish
As a workaround
Because with material you will deal with scale of the pic
