Tile around windows

I need to set a "Tile" around these arched top windows, (Really just openings for now)

Would that be a "Sweep" that I would use here?

A sweep can do that yes...you can do that in-place or in a family

To align the surface pattern at the archs the profile need to be trapezoidal and not rectangular
