things showing yellow

how do I make things not show up yellow. Anytime I put up architecture families or generic families up they come up yellow.

You never acknowledged if my comment worked or not. In the early images, when told to open the type properties of the elements, you opened the type properties of the view. Select the elements, and then "edit type". I am almost certain those are just the materials you or someone else assigned to these.

Okay, you checked the view template before. Did you check the Visibility/Graphics Overrides?

It's just in the floor plan. and if you take the view template off it doesn't change

Can't you just share the model?  Strip out any top-secret information that you don't want to fall into the wrong hands?

I deleted the floor plans and whatever it was, was associated with that. Thank you though. It kind of drives me nuts to not know but I need to move on. thank you both so much. And no this is the strictest privacy place I have worked at by far.
