Family Templates missing in the contents pack for Australia

hello I really need help to have access to Family templates.  I have downloaded the Australian content for Revit 2023 and it has Family components under an Australian folder but not for Family Templates.  It does have English Family Templates but these files wont open in my Revit 23

Do you know why not?

Have you tried a different content pack?

Were you looking at the correct folder?  family Templates are in a different folder than Families.

The English Family Templates won't open in 2023??? That doesn't compute. What happens when you try?

The English Family Templates won't open in 2023??? That doesn't compute. What happens when you try?

I worked it out. It was there but i didn’t realise that to open a family template, it won’t open if trying to open through file explorer or through your Revit and open file - you must click on open family.
