The oblique line of the flight of stairs

How can I extend the oblique line of the flight of stairs ?

Are they floors or landings?  Below is @ a landing.

@ Top: convert the run to sketch and add one more step at top.  Join the floor with the stair.

Or simply add a model in place piece and join with both stair and floor.

Thank you 🙏. I managed to change the stairs, even though the "merge" command is not working!
