The floor displays in Upper View level

Hi everyone, I have a problem about the display of the upper level when I set the Upper Level (Level 2) higher than Level 1 is 1000mm. I have a floor placed in Level 1 and when I go to View Level 2, I can see it. Even I have to change the Offset value of Bottom of View Range higher, but View Level 2 still display that floor.

Revit 2019 has the same problem. Anyone have any idea?

hello, have you try to go to your properties box > underlay > set to none and see if helps. thanks

Sure, I have change the Underlay to None too, but it doesn't work.

can you share your file so we can check. try to set all 150 to 0 and check if there is a hiddden plan region. thanks

I test it on new project, you can also create a new one to check this problem. Because the Offset is 0 still display the floor, so I have change it to 150 and I haven't used any plan region.

Sounds like you may not be aware of how certain elements are displayed based on the View Range Settings.  Stairs are a prefect example of an element that is visible below the View Depth Level.

Floors within 1200 mm of the bottom of the view range are still visible.  You lower floor is 1000 mm below so you need to manually hide them, or raise the bottom range of the view to +250 mm.
