Text in Finish Schedules

Hello, 

I have created a finish schedule in Revit 2015. However, when I go to type in each row, it won't let me. EX: Floor finish is the column: CPT-1 or LVT etc is what i want to type.  Thoughts?

Are the Finish fields out-of-the-box parameters from the Room objects?

I guess I am not sure what you are asking sorry. So very new to Revit.

Maybe you should post a file. Indicate which Revit version if you are doing so.
