tag reacts differently depending on cw/ccw structural floor boundaries

Has anyone else experienced this:

The tag is supposed to show the Elevation at Top and Elevation at Bottom.

Both structural floors are identical, yet the tag on the left floor has the values for Top and Bottom switched.

This is caused by the direction in which the floor boundaries were drawn.

Those for the left floor were drawn counterclockwise. The ones for the right floor were drawn clockwise.

tag.jpgWhen I edit the left floor's boundaries by deletingthe boundary line that indicates the span direction and then redrawing that line in the clockwise direction, the tag will indicate the Elevation at Top and Elevation at Bottom correctly.
