System Family View Template

How do you edit or add parameters to the system family views? For example, the 'system family: floor plan' has a graphics tab, extents tab, identity tab, etc and I would like to add a tab that would allow me to better organize my views in the project browser. I know it is possible (see attached image) as I have worked on revit projects before that have this built in however I was not the one who set it up and I can't seem to backtrack what was done. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks in advance!

We organize views by SubDisciplines. Create a Shared Parameter, associate it with Views.

View>>User Interface>>Browser Organization

Your shared parameter should show up here. Pick out what you  need.
