Multiple Logos

In my firm we have different logos for each office location. I am trying to have the ability to change the logo on our Project info sheet and have that automatically change our cover sheet and title blocks. I know it can be changed per sheet but would rather it be changed globally, I have tried using the visibility parameter combined with the yes/no parameter but think I'm missing a step in between. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

If the logos are controlled by instance visibility parameters, one way to do a global change is this:

From one sheet, click on the titleblock. Then do right click > select all instances > in entire project.

Then, from Properties, turn on and off the visibility parameters that control the logos.

You cannot control Titleblock element visibility via Project Info.  Project info only provides parameters for Titleblock Labels and nothing else.  If you logos are just text then it can work but that's about it.

To do what you want, associate the visibility type parameters from the Titleblock types with Global parameters.

This is exactly what I'm trying to do however I want to change the setting in one spot and have it change three different families (Project info sheet, Cover sheet and title block). From the Global parameters, it only lets me select Family parameters not shared parameters? Maybe I am just missing something in setting up the parameters correctly.

Global Parameters have not yet worked with Shared parameters.  Why do you need them visibility parameters Shared anyways?

Ok I managed to get it to work using Family parameter and Global parameters. At the moment the only way to change the settings is to go to manage tab, global parameters and change the selection from there. What I am really trying to do is create a check box so that the user can select between the logos they want to use and change the global parameter.

Going through the Global parameter check boxes is still the quickest way.  Check boxed under Project Info and Sheet categories have no effect on title blocks.   Check boxes in the title block families require you to check for Each title bock type or each title block instance.

Place each picture in a generic annotation family, then nest them in your titleblock and assign visibility parameter or Family Type parameter.
