i want to create a metric profile and use it in the sweep. but i don't know how to create void this model

You don't need a void. Whole thing can be done with a sweep and profile.  

Crude example:

Ah! I missed the grooves on the face. Yes, a void will be needed for making those. You can make them using a Void Revolves joined to the Face.
