Sweep two profiles from different workplanes

Is it possible to do a sweep between two profiles as in this screenshot? It is a roof that I would like fill that gap that connects it with the groundfloor slab. 

I tried sweep and sweep and blend but it doesnt let me change the profile sketch workplane?

Think of the profile as a plane perpendicular to sweep axis, so it won't behave at first as you wish.

Sweep blend joins works only if the axis vertex meet at the same plane (iow, are continous or coplanars).

If not, you will have to use a different strategy for modelling (cut with voids/ref planes, use other type of form) and join geometry.
