Hey everyone!
I am writing to ask about a room problem. Created a room that is visible in any floor plan or section. Its Volume is much too low having in mind Area and Unbounded Height. What could be wrong here? Some Room Bounding element is "holding" the room? Checked it several times and I am not able to find the casue.

I see this often with finish floors or sometimes floors in general. There is usually a gab between the level and the finish floor, so the room gets trapped below the floor. You can select the floor, and uncheck room bounding in the properties to fix this issue. Also, make sure all your worksets are visible. Sometimes a floor can be hiding on a hidden workset. Happens to us often because we have a render workset.
Hello @jazlik ,
Like @juliar123 , I faced such a problem when architectural and structural floors did not fit on each other and there was a gap between them. I can recommend you to check your project by taking a section.

Thanks! My room was trapped under some element from Linked File! Simple as that!
