Suite layer in REVIT ARCHIBUS

Hi all,

I want to ask if you have some documentation or manual for me to do suite for a room in REVIT 2018.

We got a problem to suite a room for leasing. In the attached picture is the drawing that successfully  view in ARCHIBUS and it shows the suite (yellow highlighted) but the other is not. We already do the same process/steps on both drawing to publish suite for the room.

Thank you.

I see the room details in the lower pane on the second drawing, so you know the suite is there. The problem could be with the Enterprise Graphics.

Can you navigate to the area where the enterprise graphics files are stored and see if there is a corresponding .SVG file there for that floor? You can then open it with with your browser to check if it is accurate.

I have seen cases where IT has provided write access to that directory, but, only for new files. So, the existing files of a floor which had already been published, could not be overwritten... rather than giving you an error message informing you of that, the ARCHIBUS SmartClient Extension publishes them under a slightly different name and does not overwrite the originals, so Web Central is still pulling the older versions.
