Stair railing panel (Perforated Panel)

Hello Revit Experts, need your help.

How can I do this? When I change the height and width, the numbers of holes will also multiply and same setting-out. Probably with screencast video on how to do it. 

Attached image of the Perforated Panel. Can it be done in Revit? Any help given is much appreciated. Thank you!

Don't.

Provide a detail with perforation criteria such as hole diameter, spacing, or opening percentage like any normal perforated panel manufacturers show for their products.

I suggested you not modeling it but creating details to deliver the information. Are you an architect, a designer, a contractor/ trade detailer, or a student?

@ToanDN I see, Thank you! I'm a beginner revit modeller for an archi firm. The client wanted to see the profile in the railing and I'm finding out ways to model it.
