Small Arched Bridge

See the small arched bridge in the reference image below. I'd like to model this accurately if possible. Is there a way to use an array or beam system that is able to follow the arch?

Why don't you just model it using extrusion method?

Arch Roof by Extrusion, change to Sloped Glazing as per the screenshot indicates.  Change mullion type to the size as you need.
