does it show up in a floor plan, section or elevation?

check "VG" visibility graphics for categories turned off

confirm nothing is in temporary hide mode

is it imported from AutoCAD?

what is your crop region set to?

turn on your section box and adjust the size of that it could be it is cropped out.

in the view that you can NOT see it check the "VG" settings for SITE and IMPORT Categories

what does the site contain?

Linked files or actual Revit content?

look into the circled area from the image if things are NOT CHECKED you will NOT see them

Site plan is just a Name. If you don't have a specific Site Level then duplicate the level 1 floor plan and rename it to Site plan.

Depends. Do you want to see the roof or the footprint of the building?

If the roof, change the view range's Top to Unlimited, Cut plane to above the highest point of the building, Bottom to Level 1, View depth to Unlimited.
