Shared View Panel has no options \ buttons

Hello!

I'm using revit 2021.1 .
My "shared views" panel have worked in the past and now it's completely empty

is there a solution or an explanation for that?

can you try to uncheck your use hardware acceleration from options and updates your graphics driver to the latest and see if helps. thanks

but still no luck...

i have unchecked "hardware acceleration", update drivers and restart...
same problem happens on my other computers such as my dell precision-5540, and another i7 with rtx2070 

both with new and light sample revit  files...

is that a 3rd party plugin? if yes do a clean uninstall and reinstall again. thanks

hey @ennujozlagam  still no luck....
i did notice that it's working on a computer that have no addins installed

and i believe that the addin that cause it is: PYRevit

 

i have uninstall with the revit uninstall tool

then restart and install again

but the window still aint working...

 

maybe it has something to do with antivirus\firewall\specific ports i should open?

yes switch off your anti virus program and firewall then uninstall your PYRevit and see if is working maybe reinstall later. thanks
