Shared parameter and connection between components

Hello all,

I hope you are doing well. I have two inquiries.

First, I made the sheared parameters as the project requirements, and each column must have its own parameters, but when I started adding the value to the column, it appeared that all the project's columns took the same values. How can I make each column unique and have its own shared parameter?
The second inquiry came when I took a simple example of two columns and one beam using a precast column and precast beam family. Then, when I started moving the column with the tool I created, the beam still connected to the column and expanded. How can I stop this connection?

Make it an Instance Parameter.

Disallow Join is the answer to your second question.

How can I do that? Because the components connect with each other automatically. Can you please explain in detail?

Select Beam, right-click on the blue dot at end and select "Disallow Join" in the right-click contextual drop-down menu.
