Serious Error while modifying walls, floors, windows, doors, materials etc, etc, etc....

Hey guys, 

I am constantly getting this serious error when I have to save the file and continue.   I happens no matter what I am editing.  I have attached a picture below.  Any suggestions.

Purge and audit your model. Check and see how many warnings are in your model. The more warnings you have, the more errors you will encounter.
