Section box not cutting through subregions

Does anyone know why the Section Box isn't cutting through my subregions?  I'm sure it's something simple but I haven't seen this issue before.  (see image)

it looks like the section box is cutting everything but the Green areas. so what is different about the green areas (don't say its grass)? it it all part of the same main surface?

The green is the toposurface and everything else are subregions.  If I delete the subregions then the green toposurface is cut by the section box?  I thought it my be a phase issue but I double checked and they are all on existing.

Maybe the geometry of the subregion is no connected correctly

I have. On extraordinarily large Toposurfaces with multiple Subregions.  Where's your Internal Origin located?

Actually, just post the file.

The internal origin is right in the middle of the toposurface. I rebuilt
the subregions and they are being cut by the section box now. I would like
to know what the issue was but at least it's working now.

Thanks for responding - John
