Scope Box - not resetting to "Scope Box 1"

So I've spent a significant chunk of time making a company revit template. During the creation process I made some scope boxes within the template just to make sure things work as they should. I deleted all scope boxes. But now it remembers the number of the last scope box i placed and it continues that numbering for the scope box name. eg when i add a new scope box when using the template. it calls itself "Scope Box 9". 

I know levels and grids do this. it remembers the last number/letter and the next grid you place it tries to continue that number/letter convention. But you can just add level "00" for example. delete the others. the next level you place will continue 01, 02, 03 etc. Thats not the case in this scope box situation. I added a new scope box. renamed it "Scope Box 1". The next scope box I place calls itself "Scope Box 10". it still remembers the original.

Any ideas how to zero it so when someone next uses the template it'll just be "Scope Box 1" for the name?

this is in revit 2019 btw.

Can't you change the name under Options Bar?  This will "reset" it.  Or is that not happening on your end?

I wouldn't be too concerned about the name.  Users need to rename their scope boxes to more descriptive names such as Overall Plan, Quadrant A, Outhouse, etc.. rather than Scope box 7, 8, 9...

good idea but no that didn't reset it putting it in the option bar. the next scope box i drew still remembered the last highest number and continued the next one in numerical order.

I would agree and would usually threaten oblivion to anyone that doesn't do that. But in reality people don't have time / don't bother (especially with quick feasibility study massing models) or they are in a rush to meet a deadline and these small bits of house keeping will get missed. In which case I'd rather have it carrying on sequentially rather than a unusual number that doesn't relate to anything. Plus it'll drive my OCD wild.

Ahh there's some free plugins to try that supposedly purge out all scope boxes not in use so will give those a try. Hopefully doing that will "reset" it.

Nah no luck. Still remembers the last number used on a scope box and the next scope box continues the numbering. Even tried dynamo to remove anything in the template classed as a scope box. Still same results.

Anyone in the future figures this out. Please post the solution on here.
