Currently in Revit 22 (but happens in past years as well) - You can see the original door below is A112|01. When I select the move tool and move the storefront east, the door is given a new number. I’ve been noticing that with moving walls – tags and dimensions will be deleted – despite moving the wall parallel or perpendicular no matter how much it’s moved. Now if you nudge it instead, it’s fine. Dragging is fine too but then it won’t snap where you want it to go and we're all about exactness and can't place this way. Any help would be great.
