Schedule reporting blank instead of "0"

In schedules with calculated values (such as occupancy tables), when a calculated value should be zero the schedule is blank instead of showing "0".  How do we force the schedule to show the "0"?

We can work around the problem with an if/then statement.  if(SF PER PERSON=0, 0, AREA/SF PER PERSON)  But ideally we would like to not have to do that.  I assume it has something to do with the fact that we are trying to divide by zero.

After looking at the forums it seems schedules showing as blank is what most people are looking for but we want the opposite.  See attached photo.  Running Revit 2020 but this has been a problem since 2016.
