Schedule Filled Region Area with Dynamo

I am trying to make a schedule for filled region area. I used a dynamo script online, but not sure how to really create the schedule in Revit.- need the area and comments, filled region types (color) to be included in the region.  I created  "Region Area" as project parameter, but was advised that this parameter should be a shared parameter, since it will appear in tag as well.  I am new to both dynamo and project parameter/shared parameter, need some help to make this really work.   This is the link to the reference of dynamo script I used.  https://www.omniarevit.com/?p=270

You have accomplished the hard part.  The easy part is simply creating a Detail Items schedule as shown below.

I see.  I need to start a Detail Item Schedule. Here is the question - how to group the items in the schedule?

I have created a project parameter -"Programming Area" , so I can add it to the schedule; I also want to show programming area in the tag, but when I edit the tag family, I didn't see "programming area" there, how can I add it to the list?

Programming Area needs to be a Shared parameter in order to shown in the Tag family.
