scale elements by scale tool

Hello,
I created vase by Revolve  but it was a little bit big and i want scale it to make it smaller but the scale tool is disable.
is there any way to scale it by scale tool because i don't want to draw the profile again

Edit it and scale the profile.  If you want more flexibility then make the family parametric so that you can have different sizes from one family.
