Revit Visibility Problem

Hello I don't see anything below the Second Floor in Plan view in Revit 2019.

Could you please refer to the attached file and tell me what could be the reason? Thank youuuuuu!

I guess it's not about the view range... can you upload a purged model?

Could be Phasing. Set Phase Filter to "None" to verify.

Here's a cheat sheet to reference when you can't find "stuff" in a view:

Thanks so much for reply.

However, the person below got it right it was phase filter which needed to be set to "none"

Good to hear, at least now you know it’s not View range issue. But you need to decide a proper phase filter for your view. None is more for trouble shooting.

I am still on training with Revit and not sure what this phase filter is
all about. Will need to dig into it. But for now I just put it to "none"
and it worked! 🙂
