Revit Scaling issue on surface book

Hi Autodesk community, does anyone know why this would happen in revit on a surface book. The icons/toolbars/properties windows all look as they should, but all schedules and object snap symbols are super tiny and compressed. Please help if you have this issue or know of a fix. I have tried all different combinations of resolutions and scaling without any luck.

Thanks,

Chris

FYI.

Revit 2017 LT

Microsoft Surface Book

screen resolution 3000 x 2000

scaling 200%

Reduce scaling to 150%. If everything is too small then you may need to reduce the resolution as well.

I have tried all different combinations of scaling and resolution changes without noticing any change to the image that I have linked. it just makes make is bigger or smaller, the squished text always remains the same size.

Hi @Anonymous

Which version of Revit are you using?

  • I recommend that you install the updates by signing into your Autodesk desktop app
  • This scaling issue error has been addressed in the 2017.1 update. For more details see the following help topic: New in Revit 2017.1
  • Have you enabled graphics acceleration?
  • Do you have your surface book connected to an external monitor?
  • Is your graphics card updated with the latest driver from the manufacturer's website?
  • Check this link for certified/recommended hardware.

Let us know if you were able to resolve your issue.
