The families are not loading

I model a family and when I load it in the project , it wont load. No error occurs. This problem occurs occasionally. It is also solved automatically. But I want to know the reason why it some times does not load.

Can you see the family in the Project Browser? If you do, you can drag it into your drawing. Alternatively if you click on Architecture >>Component you should be able to insert the family.
