Revit "Failed to open document"

I accidentally format the pc and all my works are gone.

luckily i recovered some of my works back.  

but when i tried to open it. 

it said ''Failed to open document''

is there anything i can do

because it really important to me.

can i send the files to support for recovering it?

The files were made by Revit2018.

I'm not which journal file i must use

so i zip all the file here.

Revit Journal files

Please collect and attach journal files from the affected computer(s) using the following procedure. This process will ensure that only the relevant information is recorded in the journal.

1. Close Revit completely (so that a new session can be started).
2. Reopen Revit.
3. Reproduce the issue.
4. Without closing Revit, collect the latest (highest-numbered) journal file.

Journal files can be found here: 

Windows 7, Windows 8: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\<Product name and release>\Journals

Did you try an Audit before opening the file?

I did try to open the file by using audit but it doesnt work.

here it is my lastest jornal file.
