Revit not printing some text and images properly to PDF

Hello,

Revit is not properly printing some text and images to ANY PDF printing software. Text spacing is off and sometimes overlapping. Images may show up on some sheets but not others. Some text is completely missing. Tried everything related to settings. Any ideas?

Thank you - Currently using Revit 2020 and none of these items were the cause.

You're not making this easy. You say you've "tried everything". Have you tried printing from other applications?

What is your PDF driver (Adobe, Bluebeam, CutePDF) and the DPI output resolution?

The only issue seems to be printing from Revit - we have tried printing to Bluebeam, Cute PDF, Microsoft PDF, Adobe PDF, and PDFforge, and all have had the same output.

DPI: 600

We have tried Microsoft Updates, Drivers, Plug ins, Addons, deleting temp files, .net framework repairs, with no luck.

I'm wondering if an Add-In is causing the issues?   Disable Add-ins temporarily and see if you can Print.

Seems like IC-300 having issue with the image showing up. For text I don't have any issue.

text issues were mostly on dimensions - it may not have that instance in this particular file. I wonder what would cause both problems.

We started to have the same problem the day before yesterday. The problem appears when printing with Bluebeam and PDFCreator but not with Adobe PDF. We use PDFCreator as standard PDF printer from Revit because it works best with our batch printing tool. First we tried to fix it the screen resolution and screen scaling but it didn't help this time. Our IT-department sent out some security patches for windows and I'm wondering if it is connected. @Anonymous have you installed security patches recently?

Turned out to be a Windows Update that caused all the issues. We were able to resolve this by un-installing it.

It is KB5000802 or KB5000808, depending on witch version of Windows you are running, that are causing the problem.
