Revit LT - no option to turn temporary dimensions into permanent dimensions

When a temporary dimension appears, there is no symbol to click in order to change it into a permanent dimension.

I was wondering:

-Why?

-Is there another way to change a temporary dimension in to a permanent one?

Are you sure about that? Press Activate Dimensions on Options Bar.
