Revit LT 2017 - shift key not working

Hi, I'm using Revit LT on a mac through Parallels. While working in Revit I have lost function of my shift key so I cannot type in the inches (") or fractions (/) symbols etc. Instead I get either a capital E with an accent or a lower case version. Super frustrating. Any thoughts?

@mindy5892P hello, just a wild guess ( i don't have mac), have you try to install latest driver for your keyboard or roll back to original driver. thanks
