Revit linked model - error when add "Number Stair Treads and Risers"

Hi

i've an ARCH  revit linked model inside a Master rvt. file model for make annotation and detailing.

When i trie to add "number stair treads and risers", revit show me an error ( https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles... )

this happen only in all views associated in one level  ( basement level in my case )

but works fine in other views of MASTER model and works fine in all views inside the ARCH model.

Someone can help me ?

Is the stair in the model that you are working in? Sounds as though it could be corrupt....

The stairs are inside the revit model (architectural model) linked into the file wich i'm working on ( main or master model )
the error appears only in the basement floor level views ( all views, including any new "basement floor" views that i created ).
but all works fine in all other views inside the main model ( ground floor, first story ecc.. )
I thought that the error can be from the stairs in the ARCHITECTURE MODEL, but if i try inside it, all works fine in all view ( basement floor view, ground floor view etc.. )

I try to audit master revit file and arch revit file, but same result.
