Revit lags in Windows 10

Hi fellas!

We have serious lag problems at our office with Revit 2018.3 and Windows 10. Does anyone else have similar problems? Any solution to it?

Well, system updates is mentioned. But I wonder what Windows 10 update messed it up and how we can find a solution to it.

Windows 7 - Works fine
Windows 10 - Lags alot

Several people in my organization also have this problem. It seems project-specific, not user-specific.

It actually was because of an anti virus software (Cylance Protect).
Some exceptions and whitelisting seemed to solve the problem.
