Hello there
I have notice you have problem with the wrapping near the window.
Well there is a solution i really like in the photos.
Keep in mind you have to do correct wall layers and you have to use window/door family which enables you to control the reveal
For example The  window/door family I am using  have parameter which controls the reveal  on all sides/ which could be achived if your family creates the window with "cut void "1.jpgEXPL2.jpgEXPL3.jpgEXPL4.jpginstead of "wall opening"

Edit the window family and draw a reference plane where you want the wrap stops, then set it as Wall Closure from properties.

Is there a way to achieve vertical wall wrapping in sections, such as in the case of window sill?

Use the Paint Tool.

..wait a minute. In Section? Model it.

Thank you for the reply. However, I am really looking for a solution that
will wrap the material in a wall section view. The Paint tool seems to only
change the appearance in 3D views, unless I am misunderstanding something.
Basically, I would like to duplicate the walls wrapping behavior that
occurs in plan views, but in a section.

Use wall sweeps that go into/cut the wall, of the same material, then join geometry.

Did you see My modified reply?  You need to model it.  Also, note that wall wrapping is cosmetic only and has no BIM value.  That is, the wrap materials aren't accounted for in MTOs. Something to be aware of.
